3. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the intimate and sanitary nature of hijabs and headwear, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
• change of mind
• personal preference
• colour variations caused by lighting or screen settings
• incorrect choice of colour or style

4. How do I care for my hijab?
• Hand wash gently in cold water with mild detergent
• Avoid bleach, tumble drying, or excessive heat
• Lay flat or hang to dry in the shade
Proper care helps preserve the fabric’s colour, texture, shape, and drape.
