1. Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from Sydney, Australia. We pack and dispatch every item with care to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Australia:
2–5 business days via standard shipping.

International:
7–15 business days, depending on your destination and local customs processing.

Shipping times may vary during public holidays or peak seasons.

3. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the intimate and sanitary nature of hijabs and headwear, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, colour variations, or incorrect choice of style/colour.
All sales are final.

The only exception is faulty or incorrect items.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@lumecovehijab.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and may offer a replacement or store credit if approved.

4. How do I care for my hijab?

  • Hand-wash gently in cold water with a mild detergent
  • Avoid bleach and tumble drying
  • Lay flat or hang to dry in the shade

These steps help preserve the fabric’s colour, shape, and drape.

5. What materials are your hijabs made from?

Our hijabs are crafted from premium, breathable fabrics such as:

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once processing or shipping has begun.

If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to assist, but address changes are not guaranteed after the order is submitted.
