Due to the intimate and sanitary nature of hijabs and headwear, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:

· change of mind

· personal preference

· colour variations caused by lighting or screen differences

· incorrect choice of colour or style

· items that have been tried on, unfolded, opened, or handled

Please choose carefully before placing your order, as all sales are final.
This policy applies to all hijabs, underscarves, caps, bands, accessories, and bundle items.

1. Sale & Discounted Items

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items (Only Exception)

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery:

Please include:

· Full name

· Order number

· Clear photos of the issue

· A photo of the packaging and shipping label

· A brief description of the problem

All faulty item claims are subject to review and inspection before a resolution is approved. After reviewing your claim, we may offer:

· a replacement; or

· store credit in the form of a digital gift card (where applicable)

Important Notes:

· Refunds are generally not provided unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

· Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval.

· Lume Cove Hijab reserves the right to request additional evidence and make the final determination.

· To be eligible for replacement or store credit consideration, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and returned in original packaging.

· Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

3. What Is Not Considered Faulty

· colour differences due to lighting or screens

· minor fabric variations

· natural creases from packaging or delivery

· damage caused after opening or usage

· damage caused by pins, improper washing, steaming, stretching, or misuse

· issues resulting from customer misuse

4.Colour Accuracy

We strive to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and device displays.

If you are unsure about a colour or product detail, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

5. Unclaimed Parcels & Wrong Address

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

· incorrect address provided by the customer

· parcel unclaimed or not collected

The customer may choose:

· pay for re-delivery; or

· cancel the order - only the product amount will be refunded (shipping non-refundable)

6. Order Cancellation

Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order.   
Address change requests are not guaranteed after order submission.

7. Lost Parcels / Did Not Receive Order

If you believe your parcel is missing, please contact us within 3 weeks of the order date. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
